And we're obsessive about it.

We want to leave absolutely no margin for error. That way, we're sure you'll get exceptional quality tires. The kind that let you safely put your vehicle through its paces, and fully enjoy its great potential.

But we can only rest easy by being obsessive about every phase, every step of the way.

From microscope to motorway

1. The nitty-gritty: raw materials.

First off, we make sure every ingredient that goes into
the tire is of the best quality. If we can’t find materials
that meet our high standards, we create them.

2. Building up.

We make sure the entire tire-building process proceeds according to our strict specifications. Often that means constructing our own machines to get the quality we insist upon.

3. Testing, testing, 0.6-1.2... billion miles.

We have a lot of endurance and longevity tests. (They cover 1.1 billion miles per year). Both in the lab and on the roads, too. That means you get the exceptional performance you’ve come to expect from Michelin.

It all boils down to this: We obsess over the details, so you can rest assured you're getting the best. Giving you the confidence of better handling and, of course, more fun for your drive.

We test your tires seriously (also to make sure they’re fun to drive)
